TONY RICCARDI

Founder and Chief Visionary Officer

Tony Riccardi is one of the founders and chief visionary officer one of MedSource National. His responsibilities include executive management, strategic planning, client relations, geographic expansion, and new-product development. Under Mr. Riccardi’s leadership MedSource National has entered into hundreds of significant business relationships, including 4 of the top 10 largest auto insurers in the country and many of the largest national workers’ compensation carriers specializing in the construction industry. He has more than 20 years of experience at the executive level in the IME and medical services industries.

Prior to joining MedSource National, Mr. Riccardi was senior vice president, IME services for MCMC. He was an active member of the executive team charged with identifying strategic business partners for potential acquisition, post-acquisition growth planning, and senior level management of business development. In addition, he significantly expanded the company’s regional and national markets, product offerings and service capabilities, and aggressively pursued organic growth within the IME division as well as cross-marketing with all other MCMC medical services. Before his role at MCMC, as Chief Operating Officer of Country-Wide Independent Exams, Mr. Riccardi engineered the sale of the firm to MCMC.

Mr. Riccardi graduated from Hofstra University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

ANDREW WEADERHORN

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Andrew Weaderhorn is one of the Founders and Chief Executive Officer of MedSource National. As CEO, he has utilized his more than 12 years of experience in managed care services to offer a flexible technology solution to the national claims market, while maintaining a high level of local service. Mr. Weaderhorn’s “hands on approach” is a key factor in helping MedSource National achieve operational success. He began his career in medical evaluative services as director of sales for Country-Wide Independent Exams, where he was responsible for managing the sales and marketing team and expanding the geography of the business within the Northeast. In 2003, he played a key role Country-Wide’s acquisition by MCMC llc, and was promoted to vice president of MCMC’s IME northeast operations division in 2006. As vice president, Mr. Weaderhorn expanded the Worker’s Compensation product within the division and was an active member of MCMC’s corporate security committee. Anticipating the growing demand for a national solution in independent medical exams and peer reviews, Mr. Weaderhorn founded MedSource National.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science. in business administration in 2002 from the University of Vermont.
