James Molloy is Chief Sales Officer and has more than 20 years of insurance industry experience. He is a results-oriented and client-driven sales leader with exceptional team building and client facing skills. Mr. Molloy joined MedSource National in 2016. His background is comprised of extensive national sales/account management experience, oversight of new client implementations, account management and client renewals. He has extensive experience managing national field client services teams that provide customer service and education at the claims office level. Mr. Molloy possesses a deep understanding of the business-to-business sales process and consistently achieves success in implementing sales strategies to launch new products, penetrate new markets, and produce sales, revenue, and market share growth ahead of projected forecasts. Prior to joining MedSource National, Mr. Molloy was vice president of corporate and field sales for PMSI Settlement Solutions’ MSA division from 2008 to February 2016, where he was in charge of corporate, field sales and account management. He significantly expanded the company’s national markets, product offerings and service capabilities, and aggressively pursued organic growth for the MSA division as well as cross-selling PMSI, PBM and ancillary services. Mr. Molloy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in physical education from Queens University Belfast, Ireland in 1982.
